Varpek orders are primarily shipped from the UK, from our warehouse in Thurrock, Essex.

2. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Hello@varpek.com or Call Us at +441273033664

3. TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

4. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service with the details at Hello@Varpek.com for support.

in this case, we will inspect the item once we receive it from the courier. After inspection, we will refund/replace an item as per your preference.

In the event that the package was delivered before you realized it was damaged, please still contact our customer service at Hello@varpek.com for further support and solutions.

By placing an order through Varpek you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable worldwide.

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase to request a return. You are eligible for a refund or replacement if you are unsatisfied with the used/unused product and/or the product is damaged/defective. in the event that your refund request is based on a damaged/defective product, you must contact us and show us evidence of the issue. For all return requests, we will require that you are in possession of the receipt or other qualifying evidence to show proof of purchase.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@varpek.com or call us at +441273033664. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label free of charge, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the package is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from the courier and contact us immediately.

Depending on where you live and other factors such as seasonality, the time it may take for you to receive delivery of your exchanged product may vary.

D. EXCHANGES

We offer the possibility to exchange products if the product you received is damaged, incorrect, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us.

E. RESTOCKING AND RETURNS FEE

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It would take up to 7 business for process and transfer to your account.
